About NINAD

Ninad is a Business Operations Associate at Solvencis, where he leads end-to-end business operations across multiple departments and organizational branches to ensure seamless coordination and consistent performance delivery. He plays a central role in aligning cross-functional teams, external partners, and business units to support the firm’s operational efficiency and growth objectives.

In addition to overseeing enterprise-wide operations, Ninad heads the sales function, driving lead generation, negotiations, and high-value client conversions. He independently manages a portfolio of 40–50+ active client accounts, ensuring strong relationship management, retention, and long-term satisfaction across engagements.

Ninad also leads the organization’s Risk Management and Grievance Redressal function, addressing internal and external concerns in coordination with senior leadership and ensuring resolution frameworks that support governance and stakeholder trust.

His role spans operational management across diverse verticals including Technology, Investment Banking, Digital Marketing, Legal, and Real Estate. Through structured oversight of vendors, strategic partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, he maintains delivery standards and operational alignment across the organization’s service ecosystem.

He contributes to strategic planning, scale-up initiatives, and performance optimization across business units, supporting Solvencis’s continued expansion and operational maturity.
